Refund Policy & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy applies to all users, dealers, brokers, agents, property owners, buyers, sellers, investors, and business entities using the services of M/S Shram Shakti Group (SSGR APP).

1. Cancellation Policy

Users may choose to discontinue the use of SSGR APP services at any time. However, cancellation of a membership, subscription, listing, verification, advertisement, promotion, or any paid service shall not entitle the user to any refund.

Cancellation Conditions

• Membership plans can be discontinued by the user at any time.
• Cancellation does not affect charges already paid.
• Unused service periods shall not be eligible for refund or adjustment.
• Listings removed by the user will not qualify for reimbursement.
• Accounts suspended or terminated due to policy violations cannot claim cancellation benefits.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services for security, compliance, operational, or legal reasons without creating any refund obligation.

ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO SSGR APP ARE FINAL.

All fees paid towards memberships, premium services, dealer verification, property listings, featured listings, advertisements, promotions, lead generation services, or any other paid service are:

• Non-Refundable
• Non-Cancellable
• Non-Transferable
• Non-Adjustable

No Refund Will Be Granted In The Following Situations

• Membership cancellation by the user.
• Subscription expiry.
• User voluntarily stops using services.
• Property inquiries or leads do not convert into transactions.
• Business expectations are not achieved.
• Account suspension due to policy violations.
• Account termination by the Company.
• User dissatisfaction after service activation.
• Partial usage or non-usage of purchased services.

Lead Generation Disclaimer

SSGR APP provides a technology platform to facilitate business opportunities. The Company does not guarantee:

• Lead quality
• Lead conversion
• Revenue generation
• Business profitability
• Successful property transactions

Business outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond the Company's control. Therefore, failure to achieve expected results shall not constitute grounds for refund.

3. Payment Declaration

By making any payment on SSGR APP, the user declares that:

• The payment is made voluntarily.
• The user has reviewed all pricing, plans, and benefits before payment.
• The funds originate from lawful sources.
• No fraudulent or unauthorized payment method has been used.
• The user accepts this Refund and Cancellation Policy in full.

4. Policy Updates

M/S Shram Shakti Group reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform shall constitute acceptance of such changes.

By making a payment on SSGR APP, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees to this Strict No Refund and Cancellation Policy.
